Do you just want to Post one of my Smileys on a forum ?

If Yes - Click one of the Sub Menu Buttons to choose a Smiley .
When the page has Fully Loaded click on a Smiley to get it's URL/Address.
You will then see the URL show in a Display Box like this one.

Then right click on the box and copy it then post it on an internet forum.
It's as Simple that, alright?
Need to know what to do with the URL to post the Smiley .
Well thats Simple as well , alot of forums will have a button that add [img][/img] tags for you
click that button and it will put the empty [img][/img] tags in the reply box .
Then put the URL you got from the URL box in between the tags [img]URL[/img]
don't leave any space between the tags and the URL as it will not work if you do .
It's that easy.
Now click one of the Smiley buttons at the Top and post away.
That is all the legal issues for the Casual Internet Forum Smiley Poster out of the way as you are not changing anything, you are just posting the smiley using my bandwidth "as is".
Change anything then your not Conforming to the General Terms of Use and as such breaking the law and Means Legal Actions could be brought about.
You don't want to break my Copyright, I don't want to have to take you to court for theft.

Well till i have made some smiley pak's your not going to be able to use them other than the way stated above .

You may Post these Smileys on forums freely.
By this I mean use the URL of the Smiley you are given when using the Click and Retrieve system
from URL system used on this Website to place in-between a set of <html> or [bbcode] image tags,
thus using my Smiley by taking up my Bandwidth, from My Server... Free of Charge... You may do so .
As long as you don't claim or imply you made it/them afterwards
The URL and Filename of the Smiley on this Server is enough to give me the proper linkage required for that action .
I call that a fair price for the transaction and Terms of Use for that Specific use .
Saving the Smiley to another Folder on another server/changing the filename or removing my name
[darksides] from the final file extension is breaching my Terms of use for this action .
